We are pleased to announce that, by decision of the Supervisory Board, as of October 13, 2023, Agnieszka Kossakowska took over the position of Chief Executive Officer of STEGU sp. z o. o.
The new CEO has been associated with the production industry since the beginning of her professional career, first FMCG and then automotive. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, in recent years she has been cooperating with the Polish branch of IAC Group as a Senior Finance Manager. ACCA member since 2015, member of the ACCA Poland Members’ Council since 2019. Agnieszka plans to continue to inspire and strengthen the team, as well as constantly adapt the organization to the changing environment, which will strengthen its role as a leading manufacturer in the wall covering industry in Poland and abroad. With the appointment of the new CEO, Rafał Skucik, one of the company’s founders, took over the position of vice CEO.
Agnieszka Kossakowska, as the Chief Executive Officer of STEGU sp. z. o. o. replaces Michał Biskup, who has been associated with the company since 2008. Originally, he held the position of Logistics Director, and in 2010, he took up the duties of CEO. His task was to support the Sales and Marketing Director in the development of distribution channels, acquiring key customers (especially on export markets), and supervising the implementation of a new brand in the company’s portfolio – the Ecopiedra brand, offering premium concrete products. Michał Biskup will be remembered within the company as an excellent leader, distinguished by his inner peace, incredible work ethic and openness to new solutions.
